Father I take a stand and rise up in faith and agree together with all the saints and heaven that it is written: “‘My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my good pleasure'” (Is. 46:10b).
Father I cover the first 100 days of the Trump presidency and onward by agreeing in the spirit concerning heaven’s decision to appoint Donald Trump as president of the United States. For it is written in Romans 13:1-3, Daniel 2:21 and Daniel 4:17, it is God who appoints those in authority to accomplish His will!
I agree in unison with the saints to cancel and bind up all the plans of the enemy to thwart the Fathers plan for this new White House, for America, for the church, for the nations and the coming great awakening harvest.
We cancel and abolish the scheme of the evil one to do as much damage as possible to this new president, administration and those who are coming to occupy this new territory. We cancel and abolish the plans of the evil doers to do harm and rob us of our peace of mind and confidence in the Lord.
The Lord has said, “My Word is enough!” And Gods Word ratifies and determines every court case in heaven. Regardless of the arguments presented or threats delivered, it is the Judge’s final word that settles the case. Lord strengthen our faith and trust in YOU to do what YOU have promised.
God’s plans are sealed in heaven regarding this shift in governmental authority, and I take a stand with all the saints and agree that Gods word and promises are secure. Father we avert the enemies intrusion into this process by the power of our agreement in prayer.
Father we evict the collective mindset in this land built against the Kingdom of God and Your righteousness, and we evict it by our collective unity in prayer. We have been given the authority and access to occupy this territory by Gods command, and that is enough to bring the divine protection needed. Lord release your angels of protection over your warring saints!
Father we decree justice, arrests, indictments and convictions of the evil doers who have committed treason and every sort evil against America, the people of God and other nations, especially Israel!
We rise up in faith and agree in prayer that the enemy is bound and that the Word of the Lord stands over this nation and will not be revoked. I stand in the truth of God’s victory and that America will fulfill her destiny as a sheep nation and a discipler of sheep nations in these end times!
Satan is an illegal squatter, and it is God Who has given us the authority to speak peace to the land and to this process of governmental shift in order to accomplish Gods will.
I stand in the confidence of a good Father whose pleasure it is for us to enter this new season. It is His joy for us to take down the giants in the land and take our place as His sons and daughters.
Father may Your sons and daughters truly become the MATURE sons You have called us to be as we do Your will by exercising our authority that You have given us through Christ Jesus.
Lord strengthen us for this journey and teach us how to rest and war in order to avert the device of satan to wear out the saints!
We pray this in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ, AMEN!!!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ABOUT ME:
I am a scribe and prophetic intercessor ministering on-line since 2008.
In 2015, the Lord radically shifted me to the task of calling the bride of Christ to her proper position at the right hand of Christ. The book “My God and Yours, Jesus Christ” is my first book and it is a very important message from the Lord for those who are called and chosen and have ears to hear that time is almost up, and NOW is the time to make ourselves ready! (2 Cor 11:2, Rev 19:7, Col 3:1, Eph 1:3, 20, Eph 2:6)
Jesus already paid the price and established the victory. It is His will that we walk in that victory and overcome this world! My heart is to see Gods people come to know Him in a deeper way and be the overcomers that He intensely desires us to be. That is my goal as well, since I make no claim to be perfect, I am running the race set before me to win the prize! I am a friend of Jesus…and I just believe God! Maranatha!
Come out of the Sand, Stand on the Rock and Restore the Salt
By Sarah Beveridge
Last week I attended a “Kickstart” event in Jacksonville Florida that was put on by The Last Reformation. I met up with some brethren to partake of sound doctrine and teaching on discipleship and the true message of the Gospel. It was very powerful and full of substance.
“Substantial”, that’s the word the Lord spoke to me when I asked Him what He thought about this after it was over.
There is a substantial move of God to restore the foundations and original intent of the body of Christ in this earth. Many Christians are waking up and realizing that “church” is a construct of man and it is as far removed as you can imagine from what the early church really was and how they functioned in society.
If you have any doubts as to how far we have fallen, read the book “Pagan Christianity?” by Frank Viola and George Barna. The dedication of the book sets the tone for what you will read about in this excellent and enlightening book:
“To our forgotten brothers and sisters throughout the ages who courageously stepped outside the safe bounds of institutional Christianity at the risk of life and limb. You faithfully carried the torch, endured persecution, forfeited reputation, lost family, suffered torture, and spilled your blood to preserve the primitive testimony that Jesus Christ is Head of His church. And that every believer is a priest, a minister … and a functioning member of God’s house. This book is dedicated to you.”
After attending the Kickstart event, the thing that is glaringly apparent to me is that the institution we call “church” today is as far as you can get from what Jesus, the Apostles and the New Testament teaches. The body of Christ is a living organism and we are all called as priests. That means we are all called to be disciples and to make disciples. A disciple is like an apprentice who does what their master does. Our Master gave us a commission to go into the world and MAKE other disciples. (Matthew 28:19-20). Jesus said that He would be with us when we do this, therefore we need not be in fear of doing it wrong, because how can we learn unless we actually do it? That is what “kickstarting” is all about. Remember Jesus said the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few? This is because the majority of His followers do not obey Jesus.
Furthermore, the harvest is wherever we are called. Whether in our home, our workplace, the marketplace, or wherever. We don’t have to be a missionary and go to faraway places to do what Jesus told us to do, we just need to see the harvest in our midst.
From the Kickstart event, groups were sent out to have lunch and then simply pray for people we came across. We went to the mall and prayed for several people. Although we saw no miraculous healing, it was a great experience to just reach out and show the love of God to others. The people were actually very receptive and I expect that is because God is pouring out His Spirit in these last days.
Sadly, true discipleship is not being taught in churches today. We heard testimony after testimony of regular Christians who sat in church year after year and knew something was missing and very wrong. But praise Jesus many have come out of the dead and dying institution to return to what has already been established in the word of God. A very large majority of the body of Christ, the church, is on the wrong foundation and that is just one reason why the church is so ineffective. The church has lost her salt.
Some Dreams and Revelations
While I was away I had a strange encounter and a dream-vision. I was half asleep and in the spirit I saw a “strange woman” come into my room. I called on the Lord and asked Him what was happening. Then I knew He was there and I saw a vision of a dust-pan with a salt shaker on it. When I woke up I had no idea what it all meant. After praying about it, the Holy Spirit revealed the Lord was showing me how a strange spirit has entered the church. It’s another spirit and not the Holy Spirit. (Read Revelation 17) Because of this other spirit, the church has thrown out the salt. Jesus teaches us what salt means in Matthew chapter 5:
Matthew 5:13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.”
Jesus also warns us not to hide our light, but to shine before others, therefore witnessing to others the love and goodness of God.
Matthew 5:14 “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
But today, for the most part, the church has become focused inward. There is no instruction about being a true disciple and there is very little preparation for the work of the ministry. (Ephesians 4:11-13.) Most Christians don’t even know what true “ministry” is and is not. True ministry is following the Holy Spirit and doing what the Spirit leads us to do. Think of Peter in Acts chapter 10. He had a dream, he went to the home of Cornelius and baptized the whole family. Peter obeyed the Holy Spirit although it seemed very strange that salvation was now for the Gentiles, and he would receive push back from the others for doing this.
The Wrong Foundation
There is very much knowledge and gifting in the church today, (Acts 2:17-18, Daniel 12:4) but very little obedience to the Holy Spirit. Just like the church at Corinth, they were the most gifted church, but they were not allowing the Holy Spirit to lead and therefore they became very carnal. (1 Cor 3:1) This is why Paul addressed the foundation in 1 Corinthians chapter 3. For the most part, the church today is on the wrong foundation, and so are many Christians.
I had another dream where the Lord showed me the problems that are caused by the wrong foundation. I had been praying for someone I know and He gave me this dream to show me what their problem is. In the dream the person got up from a desk, which represents “doing work for the Lord” and they stood facing a wall. Then the floor turned into sand and they started to sink. The sand is the wrong foundation.
Matthew 7:26 But everyone who hears these words of mine and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. 27 The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
Facing a wall meant they will never be able to go forward until they get on the proper foundation. And what this means specifically for this individual and for many Christians out there is that they have not been water baptized for the forgiveness of sin, therefore they are not baptized into Christ and into the body of Christ, and they have not received the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 2:38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
This is very critical and is the reason the Lord took several months to deal with me on the subject of water and Spirit baptism. I was absolutely astounded and blessed to finally see that God is doing something supernatural in water baptism and it is paramount to our Christian walk to not only be water baptized, but to get a revelation as to what is happening in water baptism.
Furthermore, because of much false teaching and misunderstanding of the scriptures, many Christians have not received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Many believe they already have this, but what they really have is the “earnest, down payment, deposit, pledge” of the Spirit when they believed. (2 Cor 1:22, earnest = G728).
This can be compared to when Jesus blew his breath into the mouths of his disciples in John 20:22. Then they received the baptism with the Holy Spirit 50 days after Jesus ascended to heaven.
Scripture clearly says no-one can come to the Son unless the Father draws them. (John 6:44) Therefore the Holy Spirit is absolutely present in new believers, otherwise they could not be drawn to the Son. But they have not received the fullness of what God intends if they have not been water and Spirit baptized, therefore fulfilling what Jesus spoke in John chapter 3.
“Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.” John 3:5
Jesus is Restoring the Foundations
There is much misunderstanding in the body of Christ about many doctrines and biblical issues. It will take a monumental move of God to restore these things, and bring about understanding.
The subject of restoring the foundations is something that the Lord has been dealing with me about for a few years now and I expect more is coming in this area. I am just one little maidservant obeying the Holy Spirit in what He wants me to do in this move, which has mostly been to pray.
Praise Jesus the move to restore is in full swing and brave souls are leaving the institutionalized church and instead they are following Jesus. It is a little scary for many. One brother told me that when he got back after the conference he was going to have a talk with his pastor. Although he left the church, he will likely experience repercussions because satan wants to discourage and hinder. But Jesus clearly told His disciples that we will be persecuted, and we can depend on that. And the persecution comes from the very church we were part of.
Saints I encourage you to do some soul searching and check your foundation. What foundation are you standing on? Have you lost your salt, or did you ever have any? These are very important matters because we do not know how much time we have. Jesus clearly told us that our generation would not pass before all the things He warned of were fulfilled. (Mat 24:32). Peter asked us 2 Peter 3:11 what kind of people should we be, knowing that the Day of The Lord was coming? How much closer are we now to that day, and what kind of Christian do you want to be?
The Doctrine of Imminence and the Spirit of Prophecy
By Sarah Beveridge
The doctrine of imminence or immanency as it is understood today, is the belief in the imminent or any moment return of Jesus to catch away His bride. It is taught in many evangelical churches and denominations. In this belief, it is currently taught that Jesus can come “at any moment” and there are no signs that need to occur and no prophecies that need to be fulfilled before the rapture/resurrection, and the claim is that the rapture is a “sign less event.” Although I find it rather ironic that many of the same Christians who espouse the doctrine of imminence are also watching and reporting the signs and speaking about bible prophecy.
About a year ago I started to research the “doctrine of imminence” and I am sharing my discoveries that led me to draw a different conclusion than the one I held previously. In my own journey to understand what true biblical imminence is and is not, what kept coming up in my spirit was this; if Jesus can come at any moment and His coming is “imminent”, then why is the Lord giving me dreams and visions where He is clearly showing me events in my future and the future of the church? This seemed to contradict the doctrine of imminence. Although I knew I was hearing from God, clearly something was not right about the “any moment” return of Jesus and I had to learn what it was. I don’t use personal experience to validate truth, I use the bible, so I knew the answer was in scripture and I set out to understand this paradox.
The Early Church and Imminence
One of the primary reasons given for belief in the doctrine of imminence is the belief that the early church believed and taught it. And the thinking goes that if the early church believed it, then it must be true. I find it sad and ironic how so many other things the early church believed and practiced are not taught and adhered to today.
There is no question the early church was looking for and expecting the Lord Jesus Christ to come in their lifetime. But after researching this I found that what the early church really believed was more accurately “expectancy” and not an “any moment, imminent” resurrection/rapture. They were expecting the Lord to come in their lifetime, and they lived their life as though He would, and they taught that Christians should be prepared at all times to meet the Lord. Paul said that “TODAY is the day of salvation.” (2 Cor 6:2) This dovetails into what Jesus really taught about the immanency of Christ, as you will read about further on in this article.
There is no question that scripture conveys Jesus promised that He would come back for His faithful followers and He taught to always be prepared to meet Him. (John 14:1-4, Mat 16:28, Mat 26:64, Mat 24:42-51.) But was Jesus really saying He was going to come back to rapture His church at any moment? After very close scrutiny of the scriptures, prayer and asking the Holy Spirit to teach me, I do not believe scripture supports that notion at all. To the contrary, there are many things Jesus said that absolutely show us there were things the church should be expecting to see before He came for them. There is only one place in scripture where Jesus speaks of coming to “receive” His people to Himself and take them to heaven, and that is John 14: 1-4. But He does not say this could occur at any time.
Jesus told His disciples they would see many events BEFORE His coming and these are just some examples:
The temple would be destroyed- fulfilled in 70 AD (Mat 24:2, Mark 13:2, and Luke 21:6)
The Holy Spirit would come in power (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8)
There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars, and when we see these things we would know our redemption was near. Clearly this indicates “signs” we are to look for prior to the catching away. (Luke 21:25, Acts 2:16-21)
Jesus said that when we “see these things come to pass, then look up and lift up your heads for your redemption draws near.” (Luke21:28) Clearly Jesus was telling us we would see some things before our “redemption.” (Read Romans 8:23.)
Jesus told Peter that he would get old and die and his death would glorify God. Peter was absolutely part of the early church and a primary Apostle chosen by Jesus to “feed His sheep.” Since Peter knew the prophecy the Lord gave him about his own death, would he have also believed Jesus could come at any time? Of course not! (John 21:18-19)
Jesus said a specific generation would not pass away until all the things He was speaking of were fulfilled (Mat 24:32-34.) That generation are those who would be alive from the time Israel became a nation in 1948 (the fig tree puts forth leaves) and conclude sometime with-in that time frame, which is generally understood to be the life span of a man, which is about 70-80 years. (Psalm 90:10)
If the rapture is at any moment, then what about all the scriptures where we are instructed to watch and therefore know the time and season of His coming? Jesus said we would not know the day or hour, but He absolutely said that if we watched we would know the season. (Read Mat 16:3, Mat 24;42, Mat 25:13, Mark 13:33-37, Luke 12:38-40, Luke 21:36, 1 Thes 5:6, Rev 3:3)
These are just a sampling of prophecies that have either come to pass, are in the process of coming to pass or have not yet come to pass. In fact, in the Olivet discourse, when the disciples of Jesus asked this question in Matthew 24:3 “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” Jesus went on to give many signs to look for and in no way did He ever insinuate His coming would be sign- less and imminent.
The Apostle Paul also clearly states there are specific and significant “signs” to look for prior to our “assembling to meet the Lord” (rapture). Namely a great falling away from the faith and the revealing of the “son of perdition” will occur FIRST according to Paul.
“Now concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our assembling to meet him, we beg you, brethren, not to be quickly shaken in mind or excited, either by spirit or by word, or by letter purporting to be from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. Let no one deceive you in any way;for that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.” (2 Thes 2:1-4)
The True Biblical Doctrine of Imminence
So why does Jesus instruct us to be prepared to meet Him at any time? This should be obvious, but to answer that from scripture we need to go to a parable in Luke 12:16-21. In these passages we learn what the TRUE doctrine of imminence is, as taught by Jesus Himself. In this parable of the rich man building two barns, Jesus indicates that at any moment a man’s soul may be required of by God, and therefore Jesus can come at any moment for any one of us. To quote a man of God that I have learned much from over the years; “the term ‘immanency’ is a term of discipleship and conduct as to how we ought to live our Christian lives and is not necessarily an eschatological term. Jesus may come at any instant for any believer at any time in history.”
I believe without a doubt that we are the last generation and that will see the rapture of the church and the second coming of Jesus to set up His Kingdom. And this is because we are absolutely seeing all the signs that Jesus said would be present, and if we are wise virgins let us heed the Lords command to be watchful, in prayer and prepared to meet Him. The Lord had me write a book on the subject of preparation, being a disciple and fulfilling our calling and destiny NOW, before He comes. So I am fully aware of the times and seasons. But if we are completely honest, we have no idea when the Lord may decide to take each of us home. The bible is clear that we should live our Christian life to the fullest, doing Gods will and obeying Him in all that we are commanded to be and do on this side of eternity.
“Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit”; 14 whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away. 15 Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.” (James 4:13-15)
Even still, with all this said, and the signs manifesting, The Lords coming to rapture His church is still NOT imminent or at any moment. James tells us to be patient as we see the nearing of that day, which we are seeing, but patient we must be because a harvest has to come first.
Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain. 8 You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand. James 5:7-8
Now let’s go deeper…
New Testament scriptures that are used to teach the “doctrine of Imminence”
Most Christians do not dig deep enough and only skim the surface in bible study and therefore miss very much truth that is waiting to be discovered. Also remember that we must consider the full picture, the whole context and the full council of scripture in order to draw our conclusions.
The word “imminent” or “immanency” is not found in scripture. There are four scriptures that use the term “at hand” or “nigh”. (Read James 5:8, Romans 13:11, Philippians 4:5 and 1 Peter 4:7) These are the words and primary scriptures used to teach the “doctrine of immanency” related to the rapture.
The same word “at hand” is also used to denote “nearness, closeness and access to God.” In some cases I believe those scriptures are really implying access to God because that is the primary meaning in the Greek. I believe this is true of Philippians 4:5 which you will read further down. Also think of the Lords promise to “never leave nor forsake us.” (Heb 13:5, Deut 31:6)
In Luke 21:31 Jesus tells His disciples that when you see all the signs coming to pass that He mentions in the preceding verses 5-30, know that the “Kingdom of God is at hand”. (G1451)
“So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.” (Luke 21:31)
Very clearly Jesus is giving an instruction to His disciples to watch for specific signs related to His coming. There is NOT ONE scripture where Jesus ever said not to watch for and recognize signs that would indicate the time and season of His return to catch away His church. The Apostle Paul echoes this same principle in scriptures such as 1 Thessalonians 4:1-4 where he outlines specific events to watch for that will occur prior to the resurrection/rapture.
Below I have listed many scriptures that are used by those who teach and believe in the doctrine of imminence as related to the rapture. I also give the dates that the scriptures were written. Please read the whole chapters in context and study the scriptures closely and notice the admonition to “watch and be prepared”. And also notice the “expectancy” that is conveyed. I perceive the expectancy the early church had that Jesus would come in their lifetime, and not this modern idea that Christ can come at any moment to rapture His church. Also pay attention because at the end of the list is a surprise.
James – WRITTEN BY JAMES, HALF BROTHER OF JESUS – APPROX AD 49-50 (Likely before the Jerusalem council meeting in Acts 15)
“Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. 8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh. (nigh= G1448) 9 Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door. (James 5:7-9).
NOTE: James 5:7-9 is clearly stating there is a harvest before the coming of the Lord. In verse 8 the word “nigh” is G1448 (Greek- eggizō) which means “drawing near, approaching.” This shows me that James was expecting Jesus to come in his lifetime, but what he never says is that Jesus can come at any moment.
1 Thessalonians – WRITTEN BY PAUL APPROX AD 50-52
“And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come” (1 Thes 1:10).
“Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober” (1 Thes 5:6).
NOTE: Take notice of the expectancy, the warning to be watchful and sober; in other words Paul is saying, pay attention to the signs! Clearly they were expecting the Lord to come in their life time, but not one word about Jesus coming at any moment. In his second letter to the Thessalonians (2 Thes 2:1-4) Paul clearly told them to watch for specific events to occur before the “gathering/assembling” of the Saints. Why would he contradict himself by even implying the Lord can come at any moment?
Mark –WRITTEN BY JOHN MARK APPROX AD 55-65
“Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is. 34 It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch. 35 Watch therefore, for you do not know when the master of the house is coming—in the evening, at midnight, at the crowing of the rooster, or in the morning— 36 lest, coming suddenly, he find you sleeping. 37 And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!” (Mark 13:33-37).
NOTE: The words of Jesus reiterate the warning to His people to be watchful and in prayer. Certainly He would never tell His disciples don’t worry about anything because you have 2000 more years to go. Of course He wants every generation to be the best Christians and disciples they can be, never letting our guard down and allowing the world to ensnare us. These scriptures also confirm that no man knows the day or hour, but other scriptures warn us we should know the times and season.
1 Corinthians –WRITTEN BY PAUL APPROX AD 55
“so that you come short in no gift, eagerly waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ, 8 who will also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (1 Cor 1:7).
NOTE: The expectation and eagerness to see the Lord is again highlighted in this verse. Does Paul say the Lord can come at any moment?
Romans –WRITTEN BY PAUL APPROX AD 56-58
“Knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: (G1448) let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light” (Rom 13:11-12).
NOTE: This scripture, Romans 13:11 really goes with what Paul said in 2 Corinthians 6:2 … now is the day of salvation. In verse 12 “at hand” is G1448 (Greek- eggizō) which means “drawing near, approaching.” Again this is not implying Jesus is coming at “any moment” but “expectancy” that the day would come in their lifetime.
Philippians –WRITTEN BY PAUL APPROX AD 60-62
“For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ” (Phil 3:20).
“Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand” (Phil 4:5).
Note: In context the word “at hand” in Philippians 4:5 is G1451 (Greek- eggys) and it means “nearness and access to God”. This verse is really saying “the Lord is close by, near” so watch your behavior.
1 Timothy –WRITTEN BY PAUL APPROX AD 61-65
I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession; 14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: 15 Which in his times (G2540) he shall shew, [who is] the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; (1 Tim 6:13-15).
NOTE: In 1 Timothy 6:15 Paul is saying Jesus will come in His times. The word “times” is G2540 (Greek- Kairos) which means:
A measure of time, a larger or smaller portion of time, hence:
a fixed and definite time, the time when things are brought to crisis, the decisive epoch waited for
opportune or seasonable time
the right time
a limited period of time
to what time brings, the state of the times, the things and events of time
This implies that there is a set time, a Kairos moment, an appointed time, the right time, but ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT indicate Jesus is coming at “any moment” or “imminently.”
1 Peter – WRITTEN BY PETER APPROX AD 62-65
“Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ” (1 Peter 1:13).
“But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer” (1 Peter 4:7).
Note: In 1 Peter 4:7 the word “at hand” in this verse is Strong’s G1448 (Greek- eggizō) and it has a different meaning than G1451 (Greek- eggys). G1448 means to bring near, to join one thing to another, to draw or come near to, to approach. Basically Peter is saying the end of the world is approaching, so be sober. Was the end of the world really near? No, but clearly this scripture shows us that the early church was expecting Jesus to come in their lifetime, but not at any moment.
Hebrews – WRITTEN BY PAUL (or Apollos or possibly Barnabas . . . ?) APPROX AD 60-62 or as late as AD 70 prior to the destruction of Jerusalem.
“So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation” (Heb 9:28).
“Let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the Day approaching” (Heb 10:24-25).
“For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry” (Heb 10:37).
NOTE: The “expectancy” of the early church to see the Lords coming is apparent in these scriptures. Again, I am seeing “expectancy” and not the “any moment”, “imminent” coming of Christ that is taught in todays churches.
Revelation – WRITTEN BY JOHN APPROX AD 90-96
“Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown” (Rev 3:11).
“Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book” (Rev 22:7).
“He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus” (Rev 22:20).
NOTE: These scriptures are consistent with the teachings of Jesus to always be ready to meet Him, which is the true “doctrine of imminence.”
Did you notice something else?! All of the scriptures that are used by teachers of the “doctrine of imminence” were written anywhere from 26-47 years BEFORE John ever wrote the Revelation of Jesus Christ! What this means is that the most important and valuable prophetic book in the bible with a multitude of post-apostolic church era and end time prophecies was written AFTER all the other New Testament scriptures were written. And the prophecies for the seven churches that actually existed in Asia Minor at the time John wrote the book of Revelation, would shortly begin to experience those prophecies that were for them. Let’s read Revelation 1:1-3 and notice that Jesus tells John the words of the prophecy are about to come to pass.
The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, 2 who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. 3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near. (Rev 1:1-3)
In fact, the prophecies to the seven churches of Asia Minor did come to pass already. The seven churches is a HUGE and multi-layered topic and I won’t go further into it here. But the point I am making is that if the early church believed Jesus could come any moment, and there are no signs, and no prophecies that need to be fulfilled, then when John presented the seven letters to the seven churches around AD 96, they would have experienced quite a shock, when for example, the church at Smyrna was given a prophecy in Revelation 2:8-19 that some of them would be put in prison for ten days.
Therefore how could the early church have thought the coming of Jesus to rapture His church would be at any moment and without any signs or impending prophecies if the most prolific end time prophecies in the bible had not even been written yet?
With all this said, I believe the modern church has taken the true biblical doctrine of the imminence of Christ and applied human understanding and reasoning to it and made it into something that it was never intended to be. And I believed this teaching, not because I had studied it and came to my conclusion from study, but because I believed the men who taught it and I did not ask the Holy Spirit to teach me what truth is. That has all changed now.
The Testimony of Jesus Christ is the Spirit of Prophecy
The bible clearly tells us that God is pouring out His Spirit on ALL flesh.
“Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days.” (Joel 2:28-29, Acts 2:17-18)
As a maidservant of the Lord I have easily had hundreds of dreams (that I recall) since I started to experience dreams from the Lord in 2008. Many of those dreams have already come to pass; including dreams where the Lord showed me about new jobs, moving, end of relationships, new ministry, etc. Last year I had a dream from the Lord where He showed me I was going to Florida. I did not understand why or when this would occur. But this is now coming to pass!
The testimony of Jesus Christ is the Spirit of Prophecy (Rev 19:10) and He absolutely prophesies into our life and shows us things in advance so that we know He is sovereign over our lives. There is nothing that He does not know about us! Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever, so why wouldn’t He prophesy to us, just as He prophesied to the seven churches of Asia Minor? Jesus has ABSOLUTELY NOT stopped prophesying to His church.
To those who believe that the rapture is at any moment and therefore Jesus can’t prophesy into our life by giving a dream about the future I would say to you, ask and allow the Holy Spirit to be your teacher and lead you in all truth. That is really the issue at hand. Are we going to follow men and their doctrines and traditions, or are we going to follow Jesus? I made a course correction about 2 1/2 years ago that I was going to follow the Holy Spirit and let Him teach me and guide me. That includes who I should be listening to, because the Lord Himself does choose teachers for His people. (Eph 4:11-12).
Christianity is filled with man’s interpretation and opinion, and very little revelation from the Holy Spirit. Believe me when I say that I am not smart enough to come up with this information on my own. It came by revelation from the Holy Spirit. Since we truly are the last generation and we really do not know for certain how much time we have, don’t you think we had better start listening to the Holy Spirit and stop following the doctrines of men?
I have studied the subjects of the overcomers extensively for the purpose of the first book I wrote. I am now researching and studying the difference between the spirit, soul and body for the second book. But in reality I have found it extremely important to understand these subjects thoroughly in scripture in order to grow and mature in my Christian walk.
Let’s see what scripture says about these topics
Jesus overcame to sit down on His Father’s throne AND we are also called to overcome and sit down on the throne of Jesus. He is the FIRSTBORN of many Brethren. (Romans 8:29.)
To overcome means we actually have to overcome something. Read Revelation chapters 1, 2 and 3 and pay attention to where Jesus says numerous times to the churches; “TO HE WHO OVERCOMES.” Those who overcome will receive the overcomers reward, which is the full inheritance of Gods Kingdom, including to rule and reign with Jesus. To achieve that ultimate reward is symbolized by the Most Holy place in the tabernacle of Moses.
Remember, heaven is a tabernacle and that pattern overlays everything. If you do not understand the tabernacle, then much of scripture will not make sense and you will not fully understand many things.
The Lord told me to study the tabernacle, He said “it is the pattern that overlays everything.” So I set my heart on laying aside all the traditions and teachings of men and just sought the Lord and let the Spirit of the Lord teach me and reveal truth. I highly recommend this to anyone on the overcomer’s path. The truth will set you free indeed!
Who are the Overcomers?
The bride of Christ is the Overcomers who will overcome and sit down on His throne, like Jesus overcame and sat down on His Fathers throne.
Rev 3:21“To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
2 Timothy 2 :12 If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:,
Also read Revelation 5:10.
The Apostle Paul talks about the whole subject of overcoming very much in his writings. He documents well the struggles he had with his flesh warring against his spirit. The same is true for us.
Galatians 5:16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. 17 For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please.
Clearly Paul is telling us the difference between the flesh, soul and spirit here, and in many other scriptures like Romans 8:12-14.
12 Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. 13 For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
Clearly Paul is telling us the difference between spirit, flesh and soul and to not let the flesh lead. Sadly that is the problem with many Christians.
Paul tells us we are a three part being. The Spirit of Christ lives in our inner man, our spirit, and that part has been made new and 100 % perfect when we are born again. Our spirit is closed off to access to anyone except God. But the soul and the flesh are still corrupt and we will struggle against it until we die.
Ephesians 3:16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power THROUGH HIS SPIRIT IN THE INNER MAN,
Romans 7:22 For IN MY INNER BEING I delight in God’s law;
The tabernacle pattern overlays the human being. The Most Holy place (Holy of Holies) symbolizes the spirit of man. That place is closed off and that is where God resides. The Holy Place (the Sanctuary) symbolizes the soul, and the outer court symbolizes the flesh body. There is so much to study here, so I urge you all to study the tabernacle.
Light and Darkness in the same Born Again Being?
Scripture tells us not to have fellowship with darkness because we are to separate from the world, be set apart and love and serve God with our WHOLE being. That includes our mind, which is our soul.
Luke 10:27 So he answered and said, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.’ ”
2 Corinthians 6:17 Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.”
Ephesians 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light 9 (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), 10 finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. 11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. 12 For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. 13 But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. 14 Therefore He says:
“Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light.”
These scriptures are clearly telling us that we must separate from darkness and reject it, and walk as the light that we became when we are born again. But when we fall back into the world and its ways, or never come out of it in the first place, then our flesh and soul has opened the door for the kingdom of darkness to operate in our lives. That is why Paul taught continually to walk in the Spirit and walk in the light! He said to find out what is acceptable to the Lord. Why would he say it if it were not true? It is a choice we make!
Can a Christian Have a Demon?
Scripture says light has no place in darkness because we are to separate from it, this is our choice!
Even Paul had a “messenger of satan, a thorn is his FLESH.” A DEMON.
2 Corinthians 12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure.
Peter spoke with the “mouth of satan” to Jesus in Matthew 16.
22 Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him, saying, “God forbid it, Lord! This shall never happen to You.” 23 But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to Me; for you are not setting your mind on God’s interests, but man’s.”
There are a lot of Christians out there letting satan use their mouth to propagate man’s interests and human wisdom and not the Lords. Please do not be one of those! God is trying to set His people free with the SWORD of the Spirit, the word of God, as in Isaiah 27:1. The Lord is trying to teach us to use the word of God as our weapon, and if we need a weapon, then obviously there in an enemy that we are contending with.
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Ephesians 6: 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
The mind, will and emotions make up the soul of a human being. That is where satan gets his hooks in us if we are not led by the Holy Spirit and continuously filled with the Spirit (Eph 5:18), and continually washing our minds with the water of the word of God. (Eph 5:26) AND using the word as our weapon!
The battlefield is in the mind. Satan can afflict and tempt us in our mind, thoughts, beliefs AND the flesh if we do not know the word and come into agreement with Gods word and resist and reject the lies of the enemy.
Jesus was tempted in His flesh and mind by satan and He used the word of God to resist satan in the wilderness.
Matthew 4:1 Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. 2 And when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry. 3 Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.” 4 But He answered and said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.’ ”
I’ve heard it said that the greatest lie satan ever told is that he does not exist. In my opinion the second greatest lie satan tells is that a Christian cannot have a demon. Scripture clearly teaches the opposite.
John 10:10 “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
This is why we are instructed to take up the full armor of God. (Ephesians 6:1-10). Each piece of Gods armor is a study in itself and is very important to understand the significance of it.
In addition to the armor, we are to wash our mind with the water of the word. The Apostle Paul also teaches us to use a filter for our mind (Philippians 4:8) and to give our thoughts to Christ. (2 Corinthians 10:3) These things are attained with practice. If scripture teaches it, then it is do-able. Again, this is about OVERCOMING!
Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
2 Corinthians 10:3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.
Jesus is telling us to overcome in Revelation chapters 2 and 3. He is telling us to repent, return to our first love and submit to Him and His ways fully. He also says in Revelation 2:6 that He hates the deeds of the Nicolaitans. That word Nicolaitans means “destruction of people.”
Clearly scripture teaches us that Gods people are destroyed from lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). But also because of the false knowledge and false concepts that are perpetrated by the institutionalized church system controlled by the Nicolaitan spirit working with the Leviathan spirit (pride). If we can’t trust that scripture means exactly what it says, then we can’t trust God, and that is a LIE from hell. Are you going to believe God and His word or are you going to believe the unteachable Nicolaitans who have come into agreement with darkness?
Deliverance is the Children’s Bread
In Mark chapter 7 we read about a conversation Jesus had with a Greek woman about casting a demon out of her daughter. In verse 27 Jesus says something strange; “Let the children be filled first, for it is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.” Then the woman replies “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs under the table eat from the children’s crumbs.”
Because the woman believed that Jesus could cast out the demon, He then spoke a word and the demon was cast out of the child, and she was not even present.
The reason this event is in scripture is primarily to illustrate to us that deliverance is for the children of God. Who are the children of God? The Christians, the believers, the redeemed of the Lord! That is why Jesus said what He did. When a Christian is born again, they are not fully delivered. Their spirit is made into a new creation where God lives in the “inner man.” But many Christians have never been delivered and they simply do not even believe in it, therefore they never fully grow into the overcomers that Jesus desires for us to become.
In addition, this lesson about deliverance in Mark 7 speaks to why it is not wise to cast a demon out of an unbeliever. Because they have not been born again and made into a new creation, they do have the Holy Spirit in them whereby they are able to overcome and walk out their deliverance.
Jesus tells us in Matthew 12:43-45 that an unclean spirit can return again after we get delivered (have our house cleaned!) and bring in seven more that are worse than the first!
Matthew 12:43 “When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. 44 Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. 45 Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation.”
CLEARLY Jesus taught that a Christian who gets delivered, because deliverance is only for the children of God, can become entangled in the world and darkness and open the door to demons.
This is why James gives the Christian a lesson in getting deliverance and maintaining it. These scriptures are deliverance in a nutshell.
James 4:7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.
Personal Testimony about Deliverance
I have been fully delivered from alcoholism and have not had a drink or a desire to drink since 2008. My deliverance came about 2 months after I had the Lord reveal Himself to me in the spirit. Although I had walked and known Jesus as my Savior since I was 12, nothing like that had ever happened to me. All I did was simply ask the Lord to show me if He was real. I talk about this in my testimony here at this link. But it has taken many years to get delivered of other things, even though clearly I was born again and walking with the Lord.
Recently the Lord told me to quit eating so much and stop eating cake and other sweets. I realized that once you get delivered of one thing, satan comes in and attempts to bait and switch to something else. And if we are not aware of what is happening, then we become addicted and afflicted. The Lord showed me what I had is “lust of the flesh.” When you crave sugar to the point where you are eating cake every night, something is WRONG! I have undergone deliverance through renouncing this sin, repenting of it and submitting to the Lord. Even though I am still craving sweets, I am submitting to God, crucifying my flesh and resisting the devil, and he will flee and I will be completely set free soon, I know it.
You would not believe the emails I get from Christians about the demonic activity in their lives. They are afflicted with molestation and rape in their sleep by demons, they cannot stop drinking, smoking, masturbation, pornography, abusive behavior and speech toward their spouse and children and so much more. Are they lying that they are born again? I don’t think so. They need to submit to God, repent, renounce the sin, resist the devil and believe Gods word and get delivered. This takes our cooperation, for God will never go against our free will.
So to those of you who say a Christian cannot have a demon, you may have one yourself and are believing the lies of satan! If Christians cannot have a demon, then WHY are they not overcoming the sin?
May the God of Peace Himself Sanctify you Completely
Paul clearly taught that we are a three part being that needs to be COMPLETELY and WHOLLY sanctified.
1 Thessalonians 5:23 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The tabernacle is a picture of the three parts of man, and really everything related to our walk. The Lord told me the pattern of the tabernacle overlays everything. We are going from glory to glory, as through the tabernacle. I have just touched the tip of the iceberg on this subject of the sanctification of the three parts of man, and in the times ahead I will be talking more about this. In the time being, I urge you all to study this and pray and ask the Lord to reveal it to you.
God is trying to show us something, and many are “kicking against the goads.”
The scripture that the Lord led me to for the year 2016 is John chapter 16. I would get your bible out and look up all the scriptures I am referencing.
In this chapter Jesus speaks to His disciples about the following:
The coming of the Holy Spirit, John 16:7-15
He says farewell, for in a short time they will not see Him, but then they will see Him again, John 16:17-22
Jesus speaks of a birthing of a child in John 16:21
Soon they will understand plainly and clearly what He is speaking to them and He will no longer speak in veiled language (parables and proverbs), John 16:25-30
Since God changes not, (Mal 3:6, Heb 13:8) the Lord still uses prophetic experiences in the lives of His people just as we read about in scripture. I have been undergoing an experience in my life that the Lord has used to confirm that the pattern in John 16 is for this season in time.
Additionally, I have had my eyes opened to patterns in the Gospels concerning the first coming of Jesus that are pointing to how events may transpire for our time. Now stay with me as I try to unfold this the way it has been downloaded to me. I would pray about it and read the scriptures with fresh eyes.
What the Holy Spirit Revealed to me in John 16
The Lord has repeatedly shown me, (and MANY others) a great move of the Holy Spirit coming upon prepared vessels according to Hosea 6:3, Isaiah 60:1-5, Haggai 2:9, and Psalm 24:3-6, etc. And these vessels will bring in a harvest of souls for the Kingdom of God according to James 5:7-8 and Matthew 22:8-14, before Jesus comes for His bride.
In John 16:7-15 where Jesus speaks about the coming of the Spirit, the Lord used those scriptures to confirm to me the pattern and timing of His end time outpouring beginning in 2016.
The Outpouring of the Spirit of Christ Pours Out Like Rain
In John 16:17-22, the Lord tells His disciples He is going away for a little while, and then after a little while they will see Him. And this did occur when Jesus was arrested, crucified, placed in the tomb for three days, then He resurrected. On the third day when Jesus rose He appeared to His disciples. This pattern also speaks to me of Hosea 6:2-3. Below is that text in 2 different versions.
2 After two days He will revive us; On the third day He will raise us up, That we may live in His sight. 3 Let us know, Let us pursue the knowledge of the LORD. His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain, Like the latter and former rain to the earth. NKJV
2 After two days He will revive us (quicken us, give us life); on the third day He will raise us up that we may live before Him 3 Yes, let us know (recognize, be acquainted with, and understand) Him; let us be zealous to know the Lord [to appreciate, give heed to, and cherish Him]. His going forth is prepared and certain as the dawn, and He will come to us as the [heavy] rain, as the latter rain that waters the earth. AMP
These scriptures are packed with layers of prophetic significance. It speaks of the 2000 year church age in the first part of Hosea 6:2 after two days (2000 years) He will revive us;On the third day He will raise us up.
The third day speaks of the end of the 2000 year church age, which is where we are currently, and the beginning of the Kingdom age, when Jesus literally comes back with His resurrected Saints (those He raised up) and lives among men on the earth.
But also verse 3 is speaking of the Lord coming after 2000 years to His people who have been zealous to know Him and have pursued Him. Come to us like the rain means He will “pour” out on His people and will come to them as sure as the morning comes, just like He did at Pentecost. But this time, it will be even GREATER than that, as signified by the terms latter and former rain coming all at once!
A Man-Child is Born
In John 16:21 I find it very interesting that the verse speaks of the birthing of a child. I believe this confirms to me that at the very least something new is going to be birthed in the bride of Christ.
John 16:21 A woman, when she gives birth to a child, has grief (anguish, agony) because her time has come. But when she has delivered the child, she no longer remembers her pain (trouble, anguish) because she is so glad that a man (a child, a human being) has been born into the world. AMP
This is fascinating because when I was praying about this and have read the chapter over and over, this verse really spoke to me about Revelation 12:1-5. Those verses speak of a woman (the church) clothed with the sun, and ready to give birth. In verse 5 the woman gives birth to a “man-child” who will rule the earth. This speaks of Jesus, but I believe it also speaks of a people who have conformed to His image and grown into the full measure of the stature of Christ, that will sit on His throne.
Revelation12:5 She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne. NKJV
I believe that “man-child” is the bride of Christ who are the overcomers spoken of in Revelation chapters 2 and 3.
Revelation 5:10 says the overcomers will reign over the earth as kings and priests. Revelation 3:21 says the overcomers will sit on the Lords throne with Him. That means the overcomers will rule and reign with Him.
Rev 5:10 And You have made them a kingdom (royal race) and priests to our God, and they shall reign [as kings] over the earth!
Rev 3:21 ‘He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
A Clear, Plain and Perfect Word
In John 16:25-30, Jesus tells His disciples that soon they will understand plainly and clearly what He is speaking and He will no longer speak to them in veiled language. Up until that time He had spoken to them in parables, proverbs and dark, veiled language. But He assures them that when the Spirit comes He will no longer speak to them in that way.
I believe this speaks about a clear and precise way the Lord will communicate with His people when He comes to them in the outpouring. I believe this also speaks of unsealing of scripture and receiving revelation knowledge like never before.
No longer will we misinterpret scripture, and misunderstand, and only know part of what His message is to us, because Jesus will relay a clear message that is precise and perfect.
It’s interesting that there is a scripture that speaks about this. Although most Spirit filled Christians interpret this as meaning after Jesus returns, I am seeing something else here.
1 Corinthians 13: 9 For our knowledge is fragmentary (incomplete and imperfect), and our prophecy (our teaching) is fragmentary (incomplete and imperfect).
10 But when the complete and perfect (total) comes, the incomplete and imperfect will vanish away (become antiquated, void, and superseded).
I believe these verses could be speaking of the time just ahead of us, when Jesus comes to the overcomers like a great rain and empowers them to speak a clear and precise word to the world. This is what Jesus did when He spoke to the woman at the well in John 4:4-29.
John 4:28 Then the woman left her water jar and went away to the town. And she began telling the people, 29 Come, see a Man Who has told me everything that I ever did! Can this be [is not this] the Christ? [Must not this be the Messiah, the Anointed One?] AMP
This clear and precise word will definitely get the attention of people just like it did the woman at the well! Then they will say, surly Jesus is the Messiah!
John 14:12 I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, if anyone steadfastly believes in Me, he will himself be able to do the things that I do; and he will do even greater things than these, because I go to the Father.
Over the 2000 years of church history I guess it’s possible there have been some who have done greater things than Jesus. His 12 Apostles certainly did some amazing things. But I don’t think we know for sure because we don’t know everything that Jesus did.
John 21:25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did. If they should be all recorded one by one [in detail], I suppose that even the world itself could not contain (have room for) the books that would be written.
Therefore, I believe this was left ambiguous for a reason. And the reason is because the things we are going to see in this coming move of God will be so stupendous that people will not be able to compare it to anything. But this time, it will be recorded on every type of recording device imaginable and uploaded to YouTube! I really believe that! Praise God!
Releasing the Word of the Lord and the Coming Move of God
On December 16, 2015 I had this dropped into my spirit so strongly that I knew I had to write it down. I have been releasing this by speaking it forth in prayer and declaring this according to the scripture in Zechariah 10:1.
1 Ask the LORD for rain
In the time of the latter rain.
The LORD will make flashing clouds;
He will give them showers of rain,
Grass in the field for everyone.
I believe that as the bride of Christ, we must pray for God’s will, and it is His will to fulfill His word and pour Himself out upon His people like heavy rains to empower them to bring in a harvest of souls.
The move of God that is coming will be in the streets, highways and byways according to Matthew 22:9-10. This will pave the way for the Lords Kingdom that will permeate all of society on the earth for 1000 years. Church will move into the marketplace and society at large. The old tent revival where people came to be healed and delivered is an old model.
The new way, which is really the old way when Jesus came the first time, will see a multitude of deliverances done by a multitude of deliverers in the streets, the workplace, marketplace, Internet etc.
The deliverers will go to the people just like Jesus and His disciples did. People will be set free, healed and delivered with a WORD! Just like Jesus when He met the woman at the well and told her everything she ever did, we will meet people where they are, give them a clear and precise word, and they will believe, repent and be delivered!
This recap of 2015 is based on many, but not all of the things the Lord has shown me in dreams, visions and revelations mostly for the purpose of intercessory prayer. There were so many things that I had to leave some of them out for the sake of length.
Since my ministry is to the church, these things concern the bride of Christ and the body of Christ and what I believe and discern the Lord is presently doing and will do. I did speak about much of this in videos, but thought it would be a good idea to do a recap so I can pray into these things and I ask you all to join me.
As a scribe and prophetic intercessor, 2015 was a very fruitful year, thanks only to Jesus Christ. I entered into my 7th year ministering on-line through blogging and YouTube videos. The Lord kept me very busy in 2015, and last year at this time the Lord supernaturally empowered me to write the book “My God and Yours Jesus Christ, A letter to My Brethren” in about 15 days. I offered it as a free e-book download and then in February the Lord provided the funds to get the book printed. I gave away hundreds of copies through YouTube and my website, just charging the shipping.
The Lord showed me the book would help some Christians by pulling them up and helping them understand the responsibility they have in their sanctification and maturing process. Praise God for this! It was an incredible gift from God to me to be able to help some of His people!
Judgment Begins in the House of God
In 2015 I was shown many things the Lord wanted me to pray for and mostly that His will be done in these things. He showed me that judgment begins in the house of God and that started in earnest in 2015 and will continue because God chastens those He loves. Jesus WILL have a beautiful bride who has made herself ready, but also, He is helping us get ready, you can count on that!
The Lord confirmed to me that a dream I posted on YouTube on July 5, 2015 has been fulfilled. The dream was about a church leader that was going to be pruned according to the first part of John 15: 2 where it says… “Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away.
In the dream I saw a very tall tree having branches cut off at the very top. There was a measuring line coming out from God that also turned into a net. The Lord was warning us not to get caught in that net and His measuring line by judging those He was chastening or we may find ourselves in the same position. We must always remember what the Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 10:12…”Let him who thinks he stands take heed that he does not fall.”
The Lord further confirmed the cleansing of His leaders and removing of the unclean with a very interesting prophetic experience I had. On Christmas morning as I was walking my dog near a giant evergreen tree, all of a sudden I heard a rustling sound in the tree that startled me. I then saw a hawk fly out of the tree with a rat in its talons. When I saw this happen I felt a knowing in my spirit that this was a prophetic sign. When I prayed about it the Lord revealed that it did indeed point to what He is doing in His leadership of His church. Trees symbolize leaders in scripture, see Daniel chapter 4. And a rat is an unclean thing. And just as a hawk has precise vision and can see up to 8 times more clearly than the sharpest human eye, the Lord sees all! And He is dealing with what He sees in His people, and most especially His leaders in the church. Jesus is demanding a greater level of accountability now. We have no excuses for not understanding the times and seasons. Jesus is dealing with the false doctrines, the false foundation, the lack of teaching the full council of God and those who usurp the Glory of God which only belongs to Him! As the people of God, it is time to take responsibility for our actions, our words, and also our motives.
With all this said, the Lord has also impressed upon me the necessity of humility and not to judge others and to let Him be the judge, which is His job. Our job is to discern good from bad, light from darkness and separate from that darkness, and all the false teaching. It is NOT our job to condemn and castigate other Christians. The Lord will raise up elders to correct, rebuke and eventually restore. We are to pray for them and love them, therefore fulfilling the law of Christ.
The Spirit of Divination is Operating in the Church
In 2015 the Lord gave me two very sobering dreams warning about a spirit of divination that is operating in the church. I really believe the Lord is allowing this as judgment because the prophetic movement in the Christian church is way out of sync with God in so many ways. This is a huge topic and I won’t go in depth here, but know this, the spirit of divination operates in many ways and at many levels; in individuals, in ministries and in churches.
From what I was shown in one dream, the spirit was like that of a “psychic” who is really a fortune teller telling people their fortune for money. There was a folded check on the stairs that was for the “psychic” because she had given someone a “reading.” This has been confirmed by other Christians who gave me a testimony of going to churches where a “prophet” would be giving a “prophetic reading” for $25.00. I also heard about corporations that actually hire prophets to advise them and are paid for it. I also recently saw a video on YouTube of a “prophet” on a stage at a church “prophesying” as the people rushed the stage to place checks on the stairs, just like I saw in the dream! It was very grievous! That appeared to me to be a spirit of lust and mammon operating as well.
This evil spirit is manifesting in many ways and those who have a prophetic calling must be vigilant or the Lord will allow it to come in because of an open door of agreement with that spirit. Staying intimate with Jesus, complete obedience to Him and His word, repentance, and testing of the spirits is the only antidote for protection from the spirit of divination.
The Cost of Discipleship Went Up in 2015 by the Light of the Blood Moon
In late December 2014 the Lord showed me that the cost of discipleship would go up by the light of the blood moon. That started in 2015 with the unfolding and fulfilling of the “days of Lot” prophecy spoken of by Jesus in Luke 17:28. The days of Lot have come upon America and many other nations with the acceptance, embracing and legalizing of the homosexual agenda by legalizing same sex marriage.
In the dream I saw a rack of bread labeled “Blood Moon Bread.” A man told me to buy the “Blood Moon Bread” but there were two prices on the bread, $7.99 and $15.99. I thought Wow, that’s expensive! The man told me to buy the more expensive bread. Then he directed me to a light fixture that was the color of the blood moon. He said “buy the blood moon light”– which was a play on words. I originally understood the dream to mean that literally food prices would double by the light of the blood moon. But after Tabernacles 2015, and the unfolding of what happened to Kim Davis when she refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples, and therefore was arrested, I knew by the Spirit there was a different message here.
Jesus told His disciples to count the cost to follow Him. There is no cost to get saved, it is a free gift. But true discipleship will cost us. And I believe the Lord is telling His people that the cost to be a true follower and disciple of Jesus has now doubled. We must be ready to count that cost NOW.
Defiling of the Bride of Christ
In 2015 the Lord showed me that the bride of Christ has got to be vigilant with what we take in and what comes out of our mouths. We must guard ourselves from the schemes of satan and the fallen ones meant to defile the bride of Christ.
The Lord showed me that listening to music inspired by the fallen and watching all the filth in movies, TV and the Internet was defiling his people and opening doors to the demonic.
The Lord has stressed to me the importance of taking hold of our unclean mouth.
Matthew 15:11 “Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man; but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man.”
We must stop speaking in agreement with the kingdom of darkness and STOP letting the accuser use our mouth to accuse and castigate others. Instead we need to speak life and proclaim and decree the word of God and come into agreement with the Kingdom of Light, which is Gods glorious Kingdom. If we can do this, then our life will truly start to look more like Christ and we are then positioning ourselves to grow into the full measure of the stature of Christ. This should be the goal of every disciple of Jesus.
Excel in Uncharted Territory
The following dream revelation was a personal message from the Lord, but I also felt it should be shared because I know I am not alone in what this is saying. What I saw was very simple, an Excel spreadsheet that looked like this below, with the word “uncharted” typed in many cells. Some were in uppercase “U” and some were not.
As I prayed about this I understood what the Lord was saying. We are entering into a time when many things we will be confronted with in many areas of our life and walk with Jesus, will be “Uncharted” territory. But the Lord was assuring me that we will “Excel” in this “Uncharted” territory. Praise God!!
Born to Die
The Lord has stressed to me the importance of the Galatians 2:20 and Romans 6:8 principle.
20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
8 Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him,
It was not only Jesus that was born to die, but WE also were born to die. Our old man must be put to death so that Christ can live through us. How many of you know this is not so easy? That is because we will never be able to achieve the end result with our flesh and our human effort. It is a work of the Spirit of Christ, but we must come into agreement with the Lord’s will and word and cooperate with Him by praying for this. Pray that God will give you the GRACE to be dead to Christ so that He can live through you! It will be God’s grace that will enable this to happen! Jesus WILL be Glorified in His Bride! AMEN!
An Ancient Secret, An Ancient Promise; Comfort and Warning
In 2015 there were other important revelations the Lord dealt with me about and I have been praying into those things. Namely, Jesus wants to wake up the rebellious and backslidden who are not redeeming the time we still have to prepare to stand before the “Sun of Righteousness” (Malachi 4:2) at His Appearing and the great assembly of the Saints also known as the resurrection/rapture. The Lord showed me through the March 20, 2015 total solar eclipse of the sun that the catching away is coming! How soon, I don’t know, however, that was a sign for His people to be comforted in knowing it is coming.
The eclipse itself illustrates the Bride standing before the Son of God. The bride is symbolized by the moon because the moon reflects the light of the sun. In a solar eclipse the moon appears to stand before the sun, which symbolizes the “Sun of Righteousness” at His appearing with His Bride standing before Him. The eclipse occurred in the Northern Hemisphere, the north is a sign to the backslidden and lost. North in scripture signifies a backslidden and rebellious state, see Jeremiah 3:12 and Zechariah 2:6. The Lord is speaking loudly through the signs in the heavens, just like He said He would in many scriptures. The question is, are we truly listening?
I will share a vision I had years ago while in prayer with a group of Saints. I saw the Lord very huge in the sky and His people were shooting up into the sky to meet Him. The people looked like lights going up at a great speed. I was observing this scene, and then I looked to my left and down and saw the earth on fire and completely engulfed in flames. I realize now after the Lord brought this vision to my memory recently that He was taking His people out of the earth as His wrath was being poured out. Take this for whatever its worth, but I believe it goes with Luke 21:36…watch and pray always that you may be able escape all that is about to happen and to stand before the Son of Man.
A Great Outpouring and Move of Gods Spirit and a Harvest is Coming
The Lord repeatedly showed me in 2014 and 2015 a great move of God that is coming. I believe it will be an unprecedented outpouring of His Spirit and that the Radiant Glory of God will come upon vessels who will bring in a harvest.
Here is a list of some of the things I have been shown that are directly communicating what God has planned:
I was shown a giant shower head in the sky with water pouring out of it and upon the earth.
I saw a huge white power boat with gold stripes come out of a garage where it had been parked, and it powerfully sped toward me. It was towing a trailer which symbolizes what God is bringing with this powerful move, namely miracles, healing, deliverance and salvation. A boat symbolizes a move of God among peoples and nations.
I saw the Lord dive into the bottom of the ocean, which symbolizes peoples and nations.
I was shown that the Lord will use “vessels” that have been prepared to contain His glory. They will not be in this for themselves and they will not merchandise the anointing, but they will allow Jesus to make His home in them and He will work through them.
I was shown a powerful surge of Gods power is coming. In a dream I was in a large passenger airplane that took off over dark waters and then the pilot kicked the plane into gear and it accelerated at an incredible speed upward. I was pressed back into my seat with incredible force.
I saw that the Lord is going to be “resurrected” in France and the nation is going to see God come alive and His church in France will be brought back to life.
I was also shown in a dream that the harvesters are not all on board yet. A man named Terry, which means harvest, came aboard a huge sail boat and said lets go. The giant sail boat then set off on dry land and then turned over because the people who were supposed to be there manning the sails were not on board yet. The dry land meant that the Lord has yet to pour out His Spirit and grace to ready to harvesters and those to be harvested.
The coming harvest and move of God is absolutely found in scripture. Doubters, please allow the Holy Spirit to minister His word when you read James 5:7-8 and Hosea 6:3, because these prophecies, and others relating to this, will be fulfilled in our time.
James 5:7 Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, waiting patiently for it until it receives the early and latter rain. 8 You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.
Hosea 6:3 Let us know, Let us pursue the knowledge of the LORD.
His going forth is established as the morning; He will come to us like the rain, Like the latter and former rain to the earth.
The harvest will also fulfill Matthew 22:8-14 in our time.
8 Then he said to his servants, ‘The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. 9 Therefore go into the highways, and as many as you find, invite to the wedding.’ 10 So those servants went out into the highways and gathered together all whom they found, both bad and good. And the wedding hall was filled with guests.
11 “But when the king came in to see the guests, he saw a man there who did not have on a wedding garment. 12 So he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless. 13 Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14 “For many are called, but few are chosen.”
I believe the ones who had no wedding garment are those who did not prepare. Many simply just don’t believe the word of God and will be completely taken off guard by the events that are coming. Unbelief is one of the worst sins in the church! Now is the time to believe God and His word and prepare to meet Jesus!
There is Nothing New Under the Sun
I believe that the first coming of Jesus as told in the Gospels has a wealth of hidden revelation for us to see how some things are and will play out in our time. The first coming of Jesus was completely missed by the religious order of that day, and they knew the word of God! It was only the elect of the Jews who were able to recognize their Messiah, and that was only because God himself revealed it to them. (Mat 16:16-17, Acts 9:1-6). I believe that the Lord is revealing and will continue to unseal truth in His word prior to His second coming that is going to surprise many Christians. This is why I have set my heart to be open to the Spirit of God and not hold to the traditions and teachings of men with regards to these things. I believe without a shadow of a doubt events will transpire differently than we have thought and been taught. A dogmatic attitude is usually a recipe for a humbling from the Lord. I have learned this FIRST HAND!
Scripture says there is nothing new under the sun.
Ecclesiastes 1:9 That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun.
10 Is there anything of which it may be said, “See, this is new”? It has already been in ancient times before us.
With that said, I don’t see a great revival within the current institutionalized church systems. What I see foreshadowed in scripture is more of a reformation, where truth splits from error, here is why I think this. When Jesus came the first time, the religious order of that day consisted of Pharisees and Sadducee’s, who Jesus accused of being hypocrites, white washed tombs, and a brood of vipers, among other disparaging terms. The “church” of that time was a mess and completely out of tune with God, and that is exactly the same situation we see today in the institutionalized church systems.
The elect who followed Jesus were part of that system, but they came out of it and formed something new. Please don’t misunderstand what I am saying. Not all churches are bad and of course there are many great churches that have Spirit filled Christians with integrity in them and operating them. But for the most part, the institutionalized church system has too many problems to overcome, mainly because they don’t allow Jesus to be the head and they have subverted His foundation.
At the first coming of Jesus, the glory of the Lord had long departed the temple and the religious order of that day was not of Gods making. I believe the same is true of our time. That does not mean God is not going to revive His people who are asleep and backslidden within those churches, because I believe that is His will. He is attempting to do so now, and it will continue.
Romans chapter 11 says God blinded the Jews who rejected their Messiah as retribution (Rom 11:9-10). Of course the greater purpose was to save the gentiles and provoke Israel to jealousy in doing so. Gods plan is to remove the blindness and graft the Jews back into His olive tree, which is happening in our time. But, the principle to note here is when Gods people reject truth, He turns them over to lies. Since God never changes, I discern that judgment of the church has begun, and it is Gods classic justice of turning folks over to error and lies because they simply will not adhere to the truth of Gods Word.
With all this said I was shown some things in dreams that very much look like God is planning on “renovating” and “reforming” His true church. Here is a just one example of the things I have been shown in 2015 concerning “renovating” the church:
I was in a huge house that represented the church. There was no furniture in the house and I understood it was being renovated. A man walked in and placed a trophy on a table where other trophy’s had been “turned in.” The Lord said to me “No longer will my people reward themselves. I will give to each His reward.”
That ends my recap of many of the things the Lord has revealed to me in 2015. My deepest desire is to see the Lords will be done in these end times. Jesus deserves to get His way Saints! Because this is really HIS STORY, and He is coming soon, first to claim His Bride, and then to reclaim His earth!!
To Him be the Glory!
May God bless you in 2016!
In Christ, Sarah Beveridge
PS I am working on “2016 and Beyond” which will have the revelation the Lord has given me for 2016. Look for it soon!
